The Vacansoleil team managers believe Mol has more to give than what we have seen so far. Mol is a powerful rider, eager to prove himself to the team. However, the tall rider from the North of Holland wants to win a race for himself. He proved his capability in the Münsterland Giro and Hel van het Mergelland where he obtained second and third places. He won the GP Jef Scherens in 2008 as a continental rider. Mol is hoping to develop as a rider after competing as a professional in 2009 with the confidence he gained in the autumn.
